A huge congratulations to our client, LI~LY Restaurant by Aiden Byrne, on being awarded 4 AA Rosettes, just six months after achieving 3 AA Rosettes.

Announced at the AA Hospitality Awards at Grosvenor House in London, the award recognises restaurants where the cooking is among the best in the country, celebrating ambition, technical skill, consistency and creativity.

What makes this recognition particularly special is knowing that it reflects what Aiden and Sarah set out to create at LI~LY: great food, genuine hospitality and a welcoming, intimate experience where guests feel part of something special.

With a small and incredibly dedicated team, every element of the LI~LY experience is carefully considered, from the food and wine to the service and the details that make a difference.

The 4 AA Rosettes add to an incredible year for the restaurant, following its recognition in the MICHELIN Guide, being named Cheshire Restaurant of the Year and Aiden receiving the Outstanding Contribution to the Region and Industry Award at the Cheshire Life Food & Drink Awards.

We’re incredibly proud to have been part of the LI~LY journey and to see the team’s commitment recognised in this way.

It was also lovely for  our Managing Director, Gaynor, to join Aiden, Sarah and the team at the AA Hospitality Awards in London, and it was also lovely to catch up with Astrid from Hospitality Action and Giovanna Grossi.
